CHECK-IN:
• Greeting & Welcoming Attendees
• Ensuring All Guests Are Properly Checked-In / Registered With All Proper Paper Work
• Manage Dispersal of All Guest Gifting Items
• Donation Curator: Accept Raffle Items From Vendors / Sponsors Buy Filling Out Card and Placing In Deposit Area.
• Hourly Schedule Updates
• Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Raffle Sales and Set Up
PARKING:
• Greeting and Welcoming Attendees
• Qualifying the Attendee, and Determining Proper Placement
• Relaying All Preliminary Information to Attendee In Terms of Next Steps Upon Arrival
• Direct the Attendee to Appropriate Parking Area
• Make Sure Attendees Park Their Vehicles Utilizing Appropriate Spacing
• Help Maintain a Smooth Flow of Traffic During Peak Hours
GENERAL EVENT:
• Check and Maintain Restroom Supplies and Overall Cleanliness
• Maintaining Trash Levels and Can Liner Supply (outpost, sign in, family camping, Basecamp, class areas)
• Stocking and Maintaining Appropriate Levels of Firewood at Communal Firepit Locations
• Asset Movement / Placement During Event (Putting Up and Taking Down Signs, Tents and Tables, etc.)
• Assist the Septic Company in Navigating the Event Area When Pumping Out Restrooms
• Assist Management to Meet Any Additional Event Needs
OUTPOST STORE / COFFEE SERVICE:
• Greet and Assist Attendees With All Purchases
• Maintain Store Area in Terms of Inventory and Cleanliness
• Serve Coffee & Beverages to All Attendees
• Maintaining Appropriate Levels of Coffee and Beverages to Meet Demand
• Manage Point of Sale System, and Monetary Exchanges
PRE-SHOW SET-UP:
• Preparing Grounds for Initial Set Up (Grass, Brush, Debris, Obstacles, Etc)
• Setting up main event tent, check-in booth, and Other Infrastructure Including tents, tables, Trash Cans, Etc...
• Properly Hang and Display All Sponsor Ads and Banners
• Measuring & Marking All Boundaries On the Property to Specify All Individual Areas (Vendor spaces, Parking, Camping, etc)
POST-SHOW BREAK DOWN:
• Breaking Down All Non Permanent Infrastructure After the Raffle on Sunday
• Properly Securing & Storing All Recurring Infrastructure
• Gather & Dispose of All Final Trash
• Spot Check the Grounds To Ensure No Items Have Been Misplaced, or Left Behind
Additional Notes Applies To All Teams
• Help To Answer Any / All Guest Questions, and Assist With Overall Guest Experience
• Willing to Potentially Cross Train to Be Able to Serve on More Than One Team
• Must Serve a Minimum of 8 Hours During Any Given Event to Receive Event Perks
