Tammy was born and raised in a rural Amish community in Indiana, gaining firsthand experience living off the grid. Observing the Amish lifestyle revealed strong community ties and healthier living, which deeply inspired her. Tammy later built her own homestead, practicing gardening, canning, preserving, and raising livestock for self-reliance. Raised in a single-parent family of ten, she watched her mother decline from long-term pharmaceutical use, sparking her passion for natural wellness. Tammy studied herbalism and holistic health, now teaching others through community events and her business, Happy Ladies.
