Seaux Larreau, a distinguished member of the Joel Hardin Tracking Program (JHPTS) since 1993, has significantly impacted military tracking and combat training. Initially part of Universal Tracking Services (UTS), he transitioned to JHPTS, integrating its methodologies into the 10th Group Special Forces Sniper program and various combat disciplines.

His expertise led to his role as an instructor and advisor, where he effectively incorporated JHPTS techniques into sensitive site exploitation, counter-IED operations, and military K-9 training. Larreau's influence extended beyond military applications; he was actively involved in search and rescue operations and crime scene investigations across the U.S. and Canada.

His methods earned him recognition and featured him in publications. His efforts in revising military tracking manuals and advocating for practical tracking skills over expensive technology were noteworthy. Larreau retired from the U.S. Army in summer 2016 after a 28-year career. He is now a member of Tactical Rifleman and assists with many other tactical organizations.
