Brent Weir

Brent Weir is a Puget Sound native, U.S. Navy veteran, and Captain with the Everett Fire Department, where he oversees a heavy rescue, ladder, and engine company. A certified technical rescue and rescue swimmer trainer, EMT, fire academy instructor, and CERT instructor, Brent brings more than 25 years of frontline emergency service experience. Through Project 22:3 Preparedness and its podcast, he delivers practical, hands-on training in medical response, disaster readiness, and emergency communications to help individuals and families become more self-reliant and resilient.
