Pemmican is a traditional method of making a high calorie and extended shelf-life survival or field ration.

It's basic recipe is a combination of rendered beef tallow, dried meet , and dried berries and can be stored at room temperature for up to a decade in most cases. Shane and Beth will walk you through the process of rendering tallow, drying meat , and a few modernized techniques that inject serious nutrient content and flavor!
